Welcome to the Pella Products Apparel Store!

Store Use and Payment

Use the menu tabs at the top of the store along with our multiple search and sort options on each page to review items within categories.

Decoration options are displayed on the item page with selectable options or defaulted options that are not selectable (options that are not selectable will be greyed out).

From the Shopping Cart, you can update an order, continue shopping or checkout.

You can use Visa/Mastercard and/or a company allowance (if offered by your employer) by selecting the payment method.

If you use a company allowance and your purchase is greater than the allowance, you will be responsible to pay the difference at checkout using a Visa/Mastercard.

From the My Account screen, you can update your password along with reviewing your information, previous orders and re-order items.

Size and Fit

If you are in doubt as to the size to order, please check the sizing charts available on each item page. If still in doubt, we suggest that you order blank sample items (see below Sample Policy).

Decoration and Shipping

Items are usually decorated and shipped within 10 business days.

Packages are shipped “Best Way” (UPS, USPS or a combination of both).

Shipping:

Midwest: 2 to 4 business days
East/West Coast: 5 to 7 business days

If your items are not shipped to a business address, be sure to use an address that can receive packages.

We do not ship internationally.

Customer Service and Returns

For over 100 years, Pella Products has guaranteed the quality and workmanship of our apparel!

Contact customer service to update, cancel or return an item (please have your order information available).

To cancel an item or order, please contact us as soon as possible (once an order is decorated, changes cannot be made).

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of the invoice based on:

  • Items must be in the original packaging including the tags and be in new condition (items must not have been worn or washed).
  • Decorated, special order, clearance or closeout items cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges that are not a result of a manufacturer’s defect or company error.

Return items to the address provided by customer service.

Please include your order number or invoice with the return.

Sample Policy

Customers may contact Customer Service to order Samples.

Customers are charged by credit card for samples and shipping, but can return the samples based on the following:

  • Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Items must be in the original packaging including the tags and be in new condition (items must not have been worn or washed).
  • Decorated, special order, clearance or closeout items cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges that are not a result of a manufacturer’s defect or company error.
